Getting Started

Initial Consultation: A Granite Creations sales specialist will assist you in all of your granite, marble, and other natural stone needs. We welcome you to visit our showroom, view our slab inventory yard, and fabrication facility; we encourage you to bring along your floor plan, drawings, cabinet samples, paint colors, tile, and any other interior design elements that will help us aid you in your natural stone selections. During the initial consultation we review in detail all of your project needs, provide you samples, go over edge profiles and sink requirements.

Bidding Your Project: Once our initial consultation is complete, our sales specialist will bid your project and prepare a proposal based on the drawings, details, and material selection. Once we have your approval, signed proposal and deposit, we will hold the necessary slabs needed for your project and schedule for an on-site measure.

Measurement: GCI's office (production) manager will contact you to schedule an on-site measure, coordinating the production of your project and answering any final questions. On the scheduled time date and time of your measurement, we will establish final measurements to complete the fabrication of your natural stone.

Production: Once the on-site measure has taken place, production begins. To support the highest quality natural stone countertops, GCI utilizes state of the art fabrication equipment and sophisticated computer technology to template, cut, and polish your stone. The crew at GCI are true craftsmen in their field with years of experience in the stone industry, ensuring that the final product meets exact specifications for a custom fit.

Installation: Installation is scheduled to meet our client's needs. Throughout the entire process, GCI crafts with high standards to produce the quality custom stone countertops you expect and deserve.
